Domestic relocation may affect your eligibility for medical and dental plans. To verify your eligibility or update your coverage, visit NetBenefits*. Select the Health & Insurance tab, then select the "What to do when" link and the "Address Change" life event link. To update your elections by phone or speak to someone about the changes you may need to make to your TI health benefits coverage, call the TI Benefit Center through TI HR Connect at 888-660-1411 and select option 1.

You have 30 calendar days from the move to update your benefits coverage. If you are no longer eligible for your current plan and fail to make a new election within 30 days, you will be assigned to the default plans and will not be able to change your elections until the next open enrollment period.

Refer to the International Assignments website for information on TI health benefits for short-term assignments (extended international business trips) and expatriate assignments.

Diversity Initiatives
TI employees have formed a number of grassroots organizations called initiatives to help the company and themselves move toward the diversity vision. To date, employees have formed approximately 30 Diversity Initiatives in the United States. A complete listing of U.S. Diversity Initiatives can be found on the TIDN website. These initiatives can connect TIers to people with similar interests and backgrounds, helping expatriates and payroll transfers to the U.S. during the transition period. They can also provide a wealth of information and connection to other useful resources to ease the transition.
