TI Diversity Initiatives
TI employees have formed a number of grassroots organizations called initiatives to help the company and themselves move toward the diversity vision. To date, employees have formed approximately 30 Diversity Initiatives in the United States. A complete listing of U.S. Diversity Initiatives can be found on the TIDN website. These initiatives can connect TIers to people with similar interests and backgrounds, helping new hires during the transition period. They can also provide a wealth of information and connection to other useful resources to assist new TIers.
