myConcierge
myConcierge* provides personal assistance to help busy people achieve balance in their work and personal lives. The service menu is nearly limitless. There is no charge to use myConcierge. The concierge service is offered as an employee benefit; you only pay for the goods and services that you request to have arranged, plus any applicable taxes or vendor delivery fees. Hyatt Legal Plans
Through TI's partnership with MetLife, TIers have access to free will preparation by Hyatt Legal Plans, a MetLife company.  Preparing or updating your will can give you peace of mind by knowing that you are protecting and preserving your family's financial future.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The TI Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides free access 24/7 to counselors and therapists for you and all members of your household. You can receive short-term counseling at no cost. Magellan Healthcare (Magellan) administers the TI EAP. Just call 800-888-CARE (2273). You can contact Magellan anytime, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You can also visit the Magellan website at magellanassist.com. Click “Register or enter as a guest,” then follow the prompts. When asked to “Enter your program’s or plan’s toll-free number” enter the TI EAP phone number, 800-888-2273.

The TI EAP offers resources and referral services to assist with a wide range of life challenges. You can get free counseling for marriage issues, family and parenting concerns, death of a loved one/grief, work or career issues, care for elderly parents, depression, drug/alcohol use and many other issues. Help is just a call away: 800-888-2273.

TI benefits coverage
Elect coverage under your TI benefit plans for new dependents who are now eligible and verify current benefit elections if the marriage will result in relocating to a new city or state. Changes to TI benefit plans must be made within 30 calendar days of the marriage.

To update your coverage, visit Fidelity's NetBenefits* website. Change your benefit choices by selecting the "Marriage" and/or "Address Change" life event links. To update your elections by phone or speak to someone about the changes you may need to make to your TI health benefits coverage, call the TI Benefits Center through TI HR Connect at 888-660-1411, option 1.

Beneficiary information
Verify that the beneficiary(ies) of your life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance and investment plans (as allowed by plan rules) are up to date. Update beneficiary information using Fidelity's NetBenefits*. Or you can call the TI Benefits Center through TI HR Connect at 888-660-1411, option 1.

Be sure that beneficiary designations on insurance or investment accounts that are maintained outside of TI's benefit plans are also current.

Name change
HR
If your name changed, y
ou must apply for a new Social Security card before your legal name can be updated at TI. For information on changing your name with the Social Security office, refer to SocialSecurityOnline*. Fax a copy of either your new card or a copy of the receipt, if you applied in person, to the HR Service Center at 214-479-1107. Be sure to include your current legal name, seven-digit TI employee number and a contact phone number with the fax. Your name will be updated in PeopleSoft within 24 to 48 hours. For questions, call the TI HR Service Center through TI HR Connect at 888-660-1411 and select the option for HR and Payroll.

Directory Services
You must change your common name on the directory by searching for and opening your directory information page and selecting the "Update this Record" button located at the bottom of the page. Common name is typically formatted "firstname lastname". If common name is not updated it will impact the ability to find your contact information using the People Search page. Changes to your first, preferred and last names will be automatically updated on the directory when the change is entered into HR's PeopleSoft system. 

Outlook
After you have updated your common name in directory services (see instructions above), the Global Address List (GAL) of Outlook will be updated automatically. It can take up to one workday after you have updated the directory for the information to show up in the GAL.

Tax deductions (W-4)
Verify that your W-4 deductions are up to date at myInfolink.ti.com > Career & Benefits > Payroll > W-4 Tax Information*. There is also a Federal Tax Estimator* tool available online to help you estimate the impact of changes in W-4 deductions on your take-home paycheck amount. If you have signed up for MyPay, you can model your W-4 changes using the MyPay what-if tool available on the MyPay* page. For questions, call the TI HR Service Center through TI HR Connect at 888-660-1411 and select the option for HR and Payroll.
