Health benefits eligibility
If the change in your job required you to move your residence and you participate in an HMO medical plan, you need to verify your eligibility for continued coverage under your current plan. Call TI HR Connect at 888-660-1411 and select the option for the TI Benefits Center to find out if your current HMO plan is still available at your new address. You may also visit NetBenefits* to obtain your HMO's contact information. You have 30 days from the date of your relocation to make changes to your benefits if appropriate.

Directory information
Update your work contact information on Directory Services by selecting the "Update Me" link. Work information that should be updated in the directory includes your work address, office coordinates, organization and title.

HR information
Update your work summary information in HR using the employee self-service website at myInfolink.ti.com > Career & Benefits > My Information > Work Information*. Work summary information that can be updated includes mail station, muster point location and telephone numbers.
