Health benefits eligibility
A change in your work schedule could mean a change to your health benefit eligibility. Full-time TIers who work a minimum
of 40 hours per week and part-time TIers who work a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible for health benefits. To verify your eligibility for health benefits, speak with a benefit's
specialist by calling HR Connect at 888-660-1411. Select the option for the TI Benefits Center. You have 30 days from the date of your change in schedule to make
changes to your benefits if appropriate.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Work-Life Resources
TI offers a free employee assistance program through Magellan that can help you through changes or issues at any stage of your life, whether they be work-related or personal. The EAP provides free counseling sessions using a solution-oriented therapy approach to problem resolution and a comprehensive online library of work-life resources including articles, tools, webinars/podcasts, calculators, self-assessments and more. Work-Life topics include childcare, senior care, daily needs, education, adoption and special needs. You can find additional information on the EAP* website or by calling TI HR Connect at 888-660-1411 and selecting the option for employee assistance programs, then option 1 to speak to someone in person.
