Profit sharing is a program that rewards TI employees for contributing to TI's financial success. TI offers profit sharing to its employees at the end of each year. To determine how much you will receive based on TI performance, visit the Profit Sharing* homepage.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
If youíve been considering purchasing TI stock, the TI Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP*) offers you that opportunity. TI employees who enroll in any of the current offerings will be able to purchase TI stock at a 15 percent discount based on the fair market value on the date of purchase.
