June 24, 2011, was the last day TIers could request enrollment kits for the MetLife Long-Term Care (LTC) Insurance program. The program closed to new entrants July 31, 2011.

This change does not affect current participants. If you have a MetLife Long-Term Care policy and need assistance, contact the MetLife Customer Service Center at 800-438-6388.

At this time, TI does not offer another long-term care insurance program. If this changes, this page will be updated.
