To appeal a decision on a health care claim, you must first attempt to resolve the issue through your carrier (for example, Blue Cross Blue Shield). Click the appropriate link below for details.

To reach the benefits center, call the toll-free TI HR Connect number, 888-660-1411, and select option 1.

Who will I be talking with?

TI Benefits Center representatives. Representatives are available weekdays, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Eastern time, except for New York Stock Exchange holidays.

 

 
For specific questions regarding your health benefit plans (PPO, HMO, FSA, etc.)

Contact the benefit insurance carrier

Through the TI Benefits Center, you can be transferred directly to the customer service group for each carrier. Call the toll-free TI HR Connect number, 888-660-1411, and select option 1.

Or, you can find the toll-free numbers to each of your health plan carriers on NetBenefits.
